A visionary leader at the intersection of business, technology, and social impact, Ebony spent over a decade as an executive at Salesforce where she shaped global strategy, drove growth, and led through transformation.

Known for her sharp business acumen and people-first approach, she is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and building high-performing teams that thrive in complexity. Whether she is advising CEOs or mentoring rising talent, Ebony brings clarity, empathy, and the kind of insight that helps others see around corners.

She believes the best strategies in business start with trust, momentum, and human connection. Leadership should feel both bold and grounded. When she is not coaching clients or leading culture-shifting keynotes, she is likely taking a walk with BamBam, Framework’s Chief Curiosity Officer.

Stacy Anderson

Head of Strategy & Transformation

As Framework’s Head of Strategy and Transformation, Stacy brings heart, structure, and spark to everything we do. She is a people-first business leader with a passion for helping organizations and teams grow, evolve, and thrive.

Stacy has spent her career building and leading People and Culture functions, partnering with executive teams, and driving strategies that align talent, culture, and organizational design to business goals. She has led teams through the full spectrum of growth—fast-paced startup sprints, large-scale global transformations, and everything in between.

Along the way, she has built a reputation for tackling tough conversations, challenging the status quo, and crafting people strategies that fuel innovation, transformation, and bold business moves.

A natural relationship builder, Stacy believes strong organizations are built on real connection. She knows how to design environments where people feel empowered to lead, grow, and do their best work.

Claire keeps Framework moving with heart, hustle, and high standards. As Manager of Operations and Client Experience, she brings a unique blend of executive support, people skills, and business savvy to the team.
Before joining Framework, Claire spent over a decade running her own successful business while supporting senior leaders in high-impact roles. She’s led everything from event production to customer experience programs to HR systems. Whether she’s managing communications, streamlining operations, or translating culture across teams, Claire is the one who keeps things running efficiently behind the scenes.

Bilingual and relationship-driven, Claire believes in clear communication, thoughtful service, and creating client experiences that feel seamless and human. She’s the steady hand that keeps our internal engine strong—so our clients can focus on what matters most. She keeps things moving with care and precision, often with a little help from BamBam, our Chief Curiosity Officer and her favorite coworker during midday wellness breaks.

Chief Curiosity Officer (CCO)

Don’t let the size fool you—BamBam runs a tight (leash) schedule. As Framework’s Chief Curiosity Officer, he’s responsible for daily wellness walks, unexpected brainstorm interruptions, and reminding everyone to pause, breathe, and pet the dog.

With a nose for new ideas and a talent for distraction, BamBam brings levity, loyalty, and a little chaos—just the way we like it.
