She’s led everything from event production to customer experience programs to HR systems. Whether she’s managing communications, streamlining operations, or translating culture across teams, Claire is the one who keeps things running efficiently behind the scenes.
Bilingual and relationship-driven, Claire believes in clear communication, thoughtful service, and creating client experiences that feel seamless and human. She’s the steady hand that keeps our internal engine strong—so our clients can focus on what matters most. Don’t let the size fool you—BamBam runs a tight (leash) schedule. As Framework’s Chief Curiosity Officer, he’s responsible for daily wellness walks, unexpected brainstorm interruptions, and reminding everyone to pause, breathe, and pet the dog.
With a nose for new ideas and a talent for distraction, BamBam brings levity, loyalty, and a little chaos—just the way we like it.
